If you’re thinking about getting back into exercise but want to do it in a supported, safe, and confidence-building way, our HealthHub trial classes are a great place to start.

HealthHub classes are open to everyone and are designed and led by CORU-registered physiotherapists. They’re ideal if you’re returning after injury, managing ongoing aches or niggles, or simply looking for a more structured alternative to commercial gyms.

This isn’t about being pushed or left to figure things out.
It’s about guided exercise, clear structure, and building confidence at your own pace.

  • Muscle Matters – medically guided strength classes focused on muscle health and longevity

  • Physio-Led Pilates – ideal for backs, hips, knees, necks, and overall movement quality

Trial places are limited each week to keep group sizes small.
